On Friday 29 March 2024 Chandler MHM held a hybrid seminar on labour and employment titled “Effective Termination Without Fallout”.

The webinar included a discussion of the preparations that should be made before a termination and how the actual termination itself should be conducted to mitigate against the impact on the employee and risk to the employer. The exceptionally high level of attendance, with over 120 attendees, and engagement both in person and online reflects the significant market interest in this topic.

The panel of speakers included Somporn Manodamrongtham, Ratthai Kamolwarin, Sawanee Gulthawatvichai and Athiwuth Phanprechakij.
