On 2 July 2024 representatives from Chandler MHM presented on handling workplace harassment complaints & investigations in conjunction with the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

The seminar included a discussion of what is workplace harassment, investigation phase, harassment complaints resolution and workplace harassment investigation. This included an overview of advisable steps to effectively resolve harassment complaints. There was a high level of engagement by attendees with many questions being asked about this topic.
