Chandler MHM recently co-presented on the topic of trade competition law at an event hosted by the AMCHAM Legal Committee, which took place at Chandler MHM’s office at Sathorn Square Office Tower in Chong Nonsi.

Pranat Laohapairoj, Partner at Chandler MHM and Wayu Suthisarnsuntorn, Senior Partner at Pisut & Partners, shared their views on what is happening at the Trade Competition Commission and how it could affect business in Thailand. They also provided an update on interesting cases of enforcement and discussed the possibility of a leniency program for whistle-blowing against an ongoing cartel. This was followed by an open question and answer session. The high level of attendance and engagement reflected the importance of this topic.
