IEL’s Guide to Workplace Investigations examines key issues that organisations need to consider as they initiate, conduct and conclude investigations. Workplace investigations are growing in number, size and complexity. Employers are under greater scrutiny as a result of developments like the #MeToo and Black Lives Matter movements, as well as the rise of ESG. The covid-19 pandemic has further increased the focus on workplace culture, whether in person or remote.
