Chisako is a Co-Managing Partner of Chandler MHM, she has extensive experience in cross-border projects targeting Southeast Asian and South Asian countries and has been working on India related matters in particular since 2001. In addition, Chisako has advised on a broad range of employment and labor related matters for more than 20 years. Her experience includes advising on litigation / disputes, employee benefits, administrative matters and labor union related matters. She also advises on labor law issues related to mergers and acquisitions such as pre/post restructuring and reorganization.
Chisako was named a Distinguished Practitioner in the labor and Employment category in the asialaw leading lawyers 2021 Edition.
