KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Toon is a Senior Associate at Chandler MHM in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has extensive experience advising on maritime and insurance disputes including advising and representing carriers/P&I Clubs in wet and dry marine claims.

Before joining Chandler MHM, Toon was a legal manager at one of the largest multinational insurance companies.  He supervised the work of leading international law firms handling a broad range of litigation matters for the company. In addition to insurance related matters, Toon advised on and handled labour disputes (for which he received a CEO Recognition Award). Toon’s extensive insurance dispute experience includes advising on numerous disputed claims related to the marine and aviation sectors.
