Pawee is an Associate at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM) - focusing on end-to-end processes of both public and private M&A transactions. This includes addressing the  legal issues of concern, preparing transactional documents, and completion of transactions. His professional experience includes advising clients on a broad range of matters with various industries. Prior to joining CMHM he had extensive experience working with another leading international law firm in Bangkok.

• JR Kyushu Railway Company on its acquisition of a hotel business in Bangkok.
• Mitsubishi Corporation on its shares acquisition of a Thai manufacturer’s synthetic chemical manufacturing operation.
• Frutarom Group, an American Israeli food additive and ingredient manufacturer, on its multiple-stage cross-border acquisition and joint venture scheme with Thai operators for food manufacturing and distribution businesses of Maharaj and Mighty Group.
• Unicharm Corporation, a listed Japanese consumer goods conglomerate, on its due diligence exercise for its acquisition of DSG International, a market leader in Southeast Asia for hygiene products.
• European automotive brand on various matters, such as anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, consumer protection, electronic transaction, specific licenses, and contract matters.
• a leading technology MNC on formation of a structured joint venture in Thailand under Thailand’s foreign investment regulatory constraints.
• a Japanese leading IT solutions providers on an acquisition of a Thailand-based leading software and technology provider.

Antitrust

Advising on Thailand’s trade competition laws, and preparing merger filings:

• An acquisition of a majority stake in Greenday Group by Calbee, Inc., a global food, confectionery, and other processed food manufacturer. 
• An acquisition of a majority stake in Majend Mcks, Co., Ltd. by Toppan, Inc., a leading security printing, packaging, and business products in Japan.
• Acquisition of 100% of the shares in Pan Orient Energy Corp., a holding company of a petroleum concessionaire in Thailand by Dialog Group Berhad, a leading technical service provider in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Real Estate

• Represented Singha Estate in conducting legal due diligence for the listing of SPrime Growth Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust.
• Represented Siam Piwat Company Limited on land acquisition to develop a premium outlet.
• Represented Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Daiwa House, Japanese real estate developers in conducting legal due diligence for acquisitions of project land and shares in SPVs, advised on definitive transaction agreements.
