Phalintip is a Senior Associate at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM) in the Banking and Finance Practice Group. She has a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. She has experience in representing Thai and foreign financial institutions and project companies sponsors in a number of domestic and cross border financing transactions.

Banking and Project Financing

• a hydro power project company in conducting due diligence to identify points affecting the overall bankability of a hydropower project in Laos PDR. 
• The syndicate of lenders in relation to the refinancing of the existing syndicate project financing for three cogeneration power plants with aggregate capacity of 468 megawatts. This involved preparing the project refinancing and security documents, reviewing and assisting the release of the existing security package, and conducting legal due diligence for the deal.
• The lenders in relation to the financing for the design, development, engineering, construction, commission, operation and maintenance of an offshore wind power project with an aggregated capacity of 48MW located in Vietnam.
• The lenders in relation to refinancing of the existing project financing for a biomass power plant with a capacity of 9.9 MW located in Muang Sa Kaeo District, Sa Kaeo Province. This involved preparing the project refinancing and security documents, reviewing and assisting with the release of the existing security package and conducting legal due diligence. 
• The lenders in relation to the refinancing of a bridge loan for the acquisition of a solar plant with an installed capacity of 8 MW in Muang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The borrower was Soilcrete Technology. This involved preparing the project refinancing and security documents, conducting legal due diligence and preparation of the security release documents of the bridge loan.
• Providing legal advice, including contract drafting and negotiating, to public and private companies in many industries e.g., Construction Industry: engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements including FIDIC contracts; Oil and Gas/Energy Industry: power/gas purchase Agreement, pipeline connection agreement, throughput agreement; Real Estate Industry: hotel management service agreements, asset sale and purchase agreements, rental agreements.
• Providing legal advice, review and comment on term of reference (TOR) and other bid documents including contract drafting and negotiating, to a state enterprise in relation to Bangkok Mass.
• Rapid Transit - Gold Line project and Mechanical Biological Treatment of Municipal Waste project.
