Ajaree is an Associate at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM), She has experience in conducting due diligence in relation to M&A transactions across various business sectors. 
Ajaree has technology, media and telecommunications sector experience including advising major foreign e-commerce businesses, telecommunications businesses and other local and multinational corporations. She advises on the establishment of companies and operation under Thai law.
