  • the subsidiary of a well-known real estate developer company in Thailand which is constructing a high-rise condominium in the metropolitan area of Bangkok (Asoke-Nana). When they had constructed 10% of the project another party claimed that they are the owner of the public road in front of this project and that our client used the road without any permission or authorization.

  • An engineering and construction firm as the subcontractor in relation to a dispute with the main contractors under the subcontract agreement to undertake works for an oil and gas project in Thailand. (SIAC Arbitration Rules).

  • an engineering company (consortium member) as a subcontractor, in defending a claim asserted by the main contractor under an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract in relation to construction work for a municipal waste management plant with a 800 tons per day capacity.  (TAI Arbitration Rules).

  • one of the leading cane sugar and bio-energy producers in Thailand, as the employer, in relation to a dispute with contractors under the construction contract and supply agreement for building a sugar energy complex and factory in Thailand. (TAI Arbitration Rules).

  • a Condominium Juristic Person (on behalf of the co-owners) in a dispute with the condominium’s developer. The issues in dispute are whether the trademark licensing agreement is enforceable and whether the client is entitled to continue using the condominium’s name which has been used since the date of the co-owners’ acquisition of the condominium units.

  • a listed company and its management team in a civil lawsuit relating to the Securities and Exchange Act and the Public Company Act.

  • a property development company with respect to a construction contract dispute.

  • companies in various sectors in a labour dispute concerning a non-competition agreement and unfair termination.
