Jongkotchakorn is an Associate in the banking and finance practice. Her area of practice focuses on banking and finance, project financing of energy and infrastructure sectors, general corporate and commercial law, as well as regulatory matters.

She has experience in representing Thai and foreign financial institutions, project companies, fintech companies, and major companies in a number of domestic and cross-border financing transactions as well as advising aircraft finance lessors in airlines rehabilitation proceedings.

• Represented a financial institution in relation to the financing of rooftop solar power projects.
• Represented a financial institution in relation to the financing of biomass power projects.
• Represented a group of syndicated lenders in relation to the refinancing of three cogeneration power projects.
• Represented aircraft finance lessors in rehabilitation proceedings of a major airline in Thailand.
• Represented Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited as borrower in relation to a number of financings by international financial institutions.
• Represented Trafigura Pte Ltd. as buyer in relation to the prepayment agreement with Valeura Energy Asia Pte. Ltd. as seller for the acquisition of oil producing portfolio in the Gulf of Thailand. 
• Provided regulatory advice to foreign financial institutions and corporations in relation to the Bank of Thailand's exchange control regulations, payment system, financial business group, and virtual bank licensing scheme.
• Represented a leading fintech company on a wide range of Thai regulatory issues involving advanced fintech business models and requiring a complex analysis of the Bank of Thailand regulations.
• Represented UK-based financial service company in relation to the registration of derivatives dealer in Thailand.
• Represented Asian Development Bank, EXIM Thailand, and Japan International Cooperation Agency with respect to 3.9 Billion Baht syndicated loan for Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA) to purchase electric buses.
