Some Representative Transactions:​

• a fund manager on all aspects of developing two waste-to-energy projects in Thailand. 
• A major regional energy company in negotiating the terms and conditions of various project contracts in connection with their expansion into the LNG market. 
• The lenders in relation to the financing for the design, development, engineering, construction, commission, operation and maintenance of an offshore wind power project with an aggregated capacity of 48MW located in Vietnam.
• The lenders in relation to refinancing of the existing project financing for a biomass power plant with a capacity of 9.9 MW located in Muang Sa Kaeo District, Sa Kaeo Province. This involved preparing the project refinancing and security documents, reviewing and assisting with the release of the existing security package and conducting legal due diligence. 
• The lenders in relation to the refinancing of a bridge loan for the acquisition of a solar plant with an installed capacity of 8 MW in Muang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The borrower was Soilcrete Technology. This involved preparing the project refinancing and security documents, conducting legal due diligence and preparation of the security release documents of the bridge loan.
• The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited in relation to the project financing of 4 biomass power projects with total installed capacity of 37 MW located in the Northern and Northeastern parts of Thailand developed by subsidiaries of Absolute Clean Energy Plc. 
• The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited in relation to a due diligence exercise and project financing of a 6 MW municipal solid waste power project in Krabi Province developed by Alliance Clean Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Absolute Clean Energy PCL. 
• The syndicated lenders in a financing transaction in connection with the design, development, construction and installation of 4 wind power projects in Vietnam with a total generating capacity of 160 MW. 
• TMB Bank Plc. as lender on the financing transaction of solar rooftop project in Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand.
