KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Nathaorn is an Associate at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM). She specialises Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate and Mergers and Acquisitions. Her experience includes advising clients on a broad range of matters related to REITS and capital markets. Prior to joining CMHM she had extensive experience working with another leading law firm in Bangkok.

RELEVANT CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Some Representative Transactions:​

• Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited in setting up a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), namely “BAREIT” and a REIT Manager to manage the REIT in Thailand. BAREIT was the first REIT which invested in airport properties in Thailand and in 2022 was one of the five largest REIT IPOs in Thailand.
• RMI Company Limited as the REIT manager in respect to the Impact Growth Real Estate Investment Trust - advising RMI Company Limited as the REIT manager in respect to the Impact Growth REIT.
• INET Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust by INET REIT Management Co., Ltd., a company within Internet Thailand Public Company Limited - represented Internet Thailand Public Company Limited in setting up the INET Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (INETREIT) and the REIT Manager to manage the REIT in Thailand. INETREIT will invest in leasehold rights of approximately 25 years over land and data center located in Saraburi, Thailand. The first REIT to invest in a data center asset in Thailand.
• Internet Thailand PCL on the setting up of INETREIT, which is the first real estate investment trust (“REIT”) to invest in a data center in Thailand and advised on the establishment of the REIT Manager to manage the REIT in addition to advising Internet Thailand PCL and KASIKORNBANK PCL on the financing for the investment. INETREIT has made an initial investment in the ownership of the buildings and equipment related to the operation of a data center, namely INET-IDC3 Phase 1, located in Saraburi. The investment includes a leasehold right over the substation land.
• Conducted research on various corporate and commercial issues, for example, foreign direct investment, Thailand Board of Investment’s promotions, corporate structures, domestic and international recruitment license, loss adjuster license, fitness business, fund raising, vaccination business, direct sales business, direct marketing business, representative office, telecommunication, and trade competition.
• International clients in applying for an approval in principle and foreign business license for operating restricted businesses under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542. 
• International clients in obtaining privileges under the Thailand Board of Investment.
• Corporate entities based in Thailand in corporate matters, including, incorporation of limited companies, amalgamation, company dissolution, removal and appointment of directors and authorized bank signatories, establishment and deregistration of branch offices, capital increase and decrease, share transfers, declaration of dividends, and board and shareholder meetings.
