Piyawannee is a Counsel at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM). She specializes in area of corporate, commercial, hospitality and real estate laws. Prior to joining CMHM, she had extensive experience working with a leading law firm.  

RELEVANT CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Origin Condominium Company Limited, a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited, on the entering into a joint venture agreement in relation to the Origin Play Bangkhunnon Project (the development of a high-rise residential condominium project consisting of a 30-storey building with a total of approximately 475 units).

• Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Park Luxury Company Limited, a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited, on the entering into of a joint venture agreement in relation to the So Origin Siriraj Project (the development of a mid-to-high-rise residential condominium project consisting of a 19-storey building with a total of approximately 277 units).

• Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Origin Condominium Company Limited, a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited, on the entering into of a joint venture agreement in relation to the Origin Play Sri Udom Station Project (the development of a low-rise condominium project consisting of four condominium buildings with a total of 917 units).

• Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd. in matters relating to regulatory compliance and acquisition of leasehold for the establishment of new stores.

• BAFS Clean Energy Corporation Co., Ltd. for the due diligence of Thai companies owning powerplant projects in Japan.

• Hitachi Automotive Systems Asia Ltd. in a matter relating to the sale of one of its businesses in Thailand.

• A Real Estate Investment Trust in acquiring freehold rights of additional assets, namely land and buildings consisting of factories and warehouses located in industrial estates and logistic parks.
