Pranee is a Partner at Chandler MHM Limited (CMHM), and has been with the firm since 1995. Prior to joining CMHM she had experience with a leading Thai property developer and with a respected, local law firm. She specializes in banking and finance, particularly in representing syndicated lenders for project financing and refinancing of major energy, property, and industrial estate projects. She is also proficient in drafting and negotiating Thai and English language contracts. She acts for both lenders and borrowers on projects in Thailand and on a cross-border basis.

• Lenders on project financing for a large number of renewable energy projects (biomass, solar, wind, waste-to-energy, bio-gas, hybrid energy, etc.) nationwide.
• Borrower on cross-border loan for acquisition of geothermal assets in Indonesia.
• Lenders on project financing to Small Power Producer (SPP) gas-fired power plants and combined-cycle cogeneration power plant in Thailand.
• Lenders on sovereign loans to the Government of Lao PDR.
• Lenders on cross border loans to Laos State Enterprises for investment in major hydroelectric power projects and substations in Lao PDR.
