  • Kai Heng Long Global Energy Limited, a Hong Kong-based energy company, to acquire 100% of the shares in LAUGFS Gas (Bangladesh) Ltd, which is one of the largest LPG distributors in Bangladesh.
  • ASAI / Dusit Thani PLC on its investment in a hotel development project in Kyoto, Japan.
  • A major bottler in Thailand, on undertaking its major internal corporate restructuring by amalgamating its manufacturing and trading business units including other significant corporate actions.
  • Weil, Gotshal & Manges in advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading global investment firm, on the Thai aspects of the proposed acquisition of OCS Group International Limited and its subsidiaries, particularly its significant facility management operations in Thailand through PCS Security and Facility Services Ltd.
  • Dextra Asia Co., Ltd. a Luxembourg entity in connection with a sale of a majority stake and Dextra Capital Limited, a Hong Kong company, in connection with the sale of a minority stake to Lakeshore Capital Asia Limited.
  • Family shareholders of Erawan, a non-life insurance company, in connection with the sale of a substantial stake to Dhipaya Group.
  • Neogen Corporation on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Thai-Neo Biotech Co., Ltd. and obtaining the privilege of a US majority owned company under the Thai-US Amity Treaty.
  • PT (Sole) Company Limited on the subscription of newly issued shares of T Engineering Corporation Pcl. (currently, PSG Corporation Pcl.) on a private placement basis and mandatory tender offer of all shares of the Company.
  • Thai Oil Pcl. on the sale of GPSC shares to PTT Pcl. and internal restructuring of an electricity generating business including an entire business transfer of Thaioil Power Co., Ltd. to Thai Oil Pcl.
  • CAT Telecom Public Company Limited and TOT Public Company Limited on their amalgamation. This involved advising on relevant telecommunication licenses, frequency licenses and broadcasting licenses and dealing with the Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). The new entity was formed and called the National Telecom Public Company Limited.
  • A company within the group of Alibaba / Lazada (the Purchaser) in connection with an acquisition of an e-commerce business from Synagie Corporation Ltd., a Singaporean company. The transaction value was approximately S$61.7 million.
  • Thanachart Bank Pcl. in relation to a sale of a majority stake in Thanachart Fund Management to Prudential Corporation Holdings/Eastspring with a transaction value of more than US$250 million.
  • Food Factor on the acquisition of the majority of shares in a food chain company which through its own stores and franchise agreements operates more than 100 outlets in aggregate, primarily in Thailand.
  • Dusit Thani Pcl. on its joint investment with Origin Property Pcl. to develop a condominium building in Chonburi Province, Thailand.
