Government Savings Bank, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited, and group of syndicated lenders comprising of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited and The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited on the financing of the investment by Gulf Energy Development PLC. of all ordinary shares in Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited through the conditional voluntary tender offer.

Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited in a financing transaction in connection with the design, development, construction and installation of four wind power projects in Vietnam with a total generating capacity of 160 MW.

Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, in development financing of the Grand Nikko Sathorn Hotel, a luxurious hotel in the Sathorn central business district area of Bangkok, Thailand. The transaction amount is over THB 4bn.

BCPG Indochina, a subsidiary of BCPG PLC (one of Asia-Pacific’s leading companies in renewable energy), on the acquisition financing of the Nam San 3A and Nam San 3B hydro power projects in Lao PDR. The generated electricity totaling 114 MW will be distributed to Electricite Du Laos and subsequently to Vietnam Electricity (the largest power company in Vietnam) making this a unique transaction in the power market.

A group of syndicated lenders in the financing of a Hydro Power Project in Laos (One of is the largest hydroelectric power plant which the Thai sponsors ever invested in Lao PDR)
