• Thaicom Public Company Limited - in preparing and advising on the agreements in connection with the construction, development and operation of a new commercial satellite (Thaicom-8). Deal value approximately US$ 160 million.
• Rabbit-Line Pay Company Limited - a leading e-payment business operator in Thailand, on its share issuance, and subscription by Advanced mPay Company Limited. Transaction value of THB 787 million.
• Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) - a public organization in Thailand, that has assumed all responsibilities and activities for space technology and geo-informatics applications, on all legal implications of the Thailand Earth Observation System Phase 2 (THEOS-2) project and represented GISTDA in the negotiation of a satellite system, ground segments and geo-informatics system procurement contract.
• United Communications Industry Public Company Limited and Total Access Communication Public Company Limited - on their sale of an equity stake to Telenor.
• Developers and providers of an online literature business - advised developers and providers of an online literature business comprising written works such as novels, articles, literary texts, fiction and non-fiction in Thailand, in its internal due diligence process for potential share swap transaction and additional investment by investors.
• A Thai holding company - advised and represented a Thai holding company which focuses on the telecommunication industry in its acquisition of newly issued shares in an operator and provider of a wide range of innovative products and technological services in the construction management and facility management areas.
• A Thai holding company - advised and represented a Thai holding company which focuses on telecommunication industry, in its acquisition of newly issued shares in a provider of services in gathering and converting a user’s credit card spending into a central point which the user can use to redeem rewards in several forms from participating merchants.
• A venture capital fund - in its acquisition of newly issued shares in an asset analysis platform that analyzes stock information.
• Blockfint Company Limited - a Thai company specializing in financial technology solutions, digital identity platforms, digital business transformation services, and energy trading software, in their fund raising and issuance of newly issued preference shares to new investors.
• A full-service storage with packing and shipping services provider - advised and represented a fund in its second-round cross-border acquisition of shares in an operator and provider of full-service storage with packing and shipping services.
