  • B.Grimm Power Plc. on the acquisition of a 100% interest in Glow SPP1 Co., Ltd., a 124 MW co-generation facility located in WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut), from Glow Energy Plc. 
  • Bangkok Bank Plc. and KASIKORNBANK Plc. as the lenders, on the refinancing of 6 solar power projects with a total capacity of 46.5 MW located in Saraburi and Nakhonpathom Provinces, Thailand. 
  • Bangkok Bank Plc. as the lender, on the project financing of a 15 MW hydropower project located in Xaisomboun Province, Lao PDR.
  • B.Grimm Power Plc. as the sponsor, on the project financing of a 4.8 MW waste tire waste-to-energy power project located in Ratchaburi Province, Thailand. This is the first investment in the waste-to-energy industry by B.Grimm Power Plc and one of the first waste tire waste-to-energy power project in Thailand. The lender was KASIKORNBANK Plc. (awarded Thailand's Renewable Energy Deal of the Year by The Asset Triple A Infrastructure Award 2020) 
  • BCPG Plc. as the sponsor, on the project financing of a 69 MW hydropower project located in Xiengkhouang Province, Lao PDR. This is the first investment in hydropower by BCPG Plc. The lenders were Export-Import Bank of Thailand and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Plc. 
  • BCPG Plc. as the sponsor, on the project financing of a 10 MW wind power project and its integrated energy storage system, located in Nakornsrithammarat Province, Thailand. This project is the first of its kinds in Thailand. The lenders were Asian Development Bank and KASIKORNBANK Plc. 
  • BCPG Plc. as the sponsor, on the project financing of a 45 MW hydropower project located in Xiengkhouang Province, Lao PDR. The lenders were Export-Import Bank of Thailand and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Plc.
  • Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of 30% shares in Central Village Company Limited from Central Pattana Plc. (“CPN”). The target is a subsidiary of CPN which operates the first luxury outlet mall in Thailand. The transaction involved an ongoing administrative case between the target and AOT regarding the dispute on Highway 370. The order of the court could affect the operation of the target.
