Prang is an Associate at Chandler MHM Limited. Her areas of specialization are banking & finance and energy & infrastructure. Prang has experience with a broad range of lending activities including project finance, corporate loans, and digital consumer lending. She has also actively advised clients on regulatory compliance with respect to commercial banking business and payment solutions. Within energy & infrastructure, Prang has been involved in numerous due diligence exercises for both lending and merger & acquisition transactions of power projects and large-scale infrastructure, both in and outside of Thailand.
