KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Jirayu is a Counsel at Chandler MHM in Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department. Prior to joining CMHM, he had extensive experience working with a leading law firm in Thailand. He has represented both Thai and International clients on civil and criminal cases in court proceedings. He specializes in dispute resolution and litigation including arbitration and other alternative dispute resolutions. He has represented both local and international and multinational companies on various fields of litigations such as commercial, labour, tort, family, cybercrime, and misconduct in organization. He has also conducted preliminary interview and investigation on the employees’ misconduct for international and multinational companies.

• a leading import foods and products company in Thailand in relation to an arbitration with a well-known branded Singaporean food company on a share purchase agreement case at the Thai Arbitration Institution (TAI).
