The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy has recently approved the guidelines for the implementation of a pilot project for electricity trading from renewable energy sources through a direct PPA through third party access (“TPA”). The acceleration of the TPA coincides with the Thailand’s digital infrastructure growth and its demand for renewable energy sources.
