In order to ensure that initial coin offerings regulations provide adequate protection and safeguard the rights of investors, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) is now inviting public feedback on the principles and related draft regulations in this regard. The public hearing is accessible on the SEC’s website link HERE and will remain open until 6 February 2024. 
Please note that the draft new regulations aim to apply exclusively to the investment tokens and the utility tokens.
