Chandler MHM recently advised Neo Corporate Public Company Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of household, personal care, and baby products in Thailand, on its IPO and listing on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This marks the fifth company to be listed on the SET in 2024, with TISCO Securities serving as the financial advisor and lead underwriter for the transaction.
