Chandler MHM becomes a signatory member of United Nations Global Compact

Chandler MHM is proud to announce that it has become an official member of the United Nations Global Compact (“UNGC”), the world's largest voluntary corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiative.

As a member of UNGC, we are deeply committed to fostering responsible business conduct across many areas, including in relation to human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. This will be achieved by adhering to the ten operating principles of the UNGC (the “Ten Principles”).

We will seamlessly integrate the Ten Principles into our corporate strategies, organizational culture, and everyday operations. Furthermore, we are determined to proactively advocate the Ten Principles, both within and outside our organization, and to uphold the principle of transparency by engaging with stakeholders to demonstrate our adherence to the Ten Principles.

Chisako Takaya and Jessada Sawatdipong, co-managing partners, stated, “As a leading law firm in Thailand we are keen to promote sustainability and acting responsibly so that we can continue to be trusted by our clients and be a firm that all our members can be proud of. We are delighted to have become a signatory member of UNGC, which is one of our key commitments towards the global community. We expect all members at the firm will continue to enhance our business practices in line with the UNGC and contribute to working towards the UN’s goal of corporate sustainability.
