Representatives from Chandler MHM recently visited Wat Khok Kratai School in Saraburi Province, Thailand to provide a broad range of support. This included a painting project and developing the school garden to grow vegetables which would supplement the school’s lunch program. Students would also be able to take any excess vegetables home to their families. The garden would be taken care of by the students on an ongoing basis thereby also serving an educational purpose of enhancing the students’ agricultural skills. Part of the donation is also destined to provide landscaping and infrastructure improvement.

Employees at the firm also provided other support in the form of donation of supplies to the school and students

This project was part of the World Law Group initiative “work together for what matters” and follows a similar project which Chandler MHM supported in November 2021 at Wat Wang Hin School in Suphanburi Province. Chandler MHM plans to have long-term involvement with the educational community by conducting similar school visits on an ongoing basis.

These are part of an ongoing programe of community projects arranged by Chandler MHM to support local communities in Thailand. In May 2021 Chandler MHM supported the “Food For Fighters” project to help local communities in Bangkok during the Covid-19 pandemic. In June 2021 the firm made contributions to Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, to support it in providing vaccinations to the local community. In addition in July 2021 Chandler MHM supported Thammasat University Hospital and Thammasat Field Hospital to purchase additional medical equipment and supplies, personal protective equipment, and to cover other daily expenses. The firm also supported the “Survival Box” project initiated by Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association in order to provide survival boxes to patients, who had been diagnosed with COVID-19, while they were waiting for hospital beds.
