Chandler MHM recently participated in a seminar on data protection. The event, which was opened by Mr. Emilio de Miguel, the Spanish Ambassador was co-hosted by four European Chambers (BCCT, Spanish-Thai, BeLuThai and NTCC). Pranat Laohapairoj presented on the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) on behalf of Chandler MHM.

The event was well attended showing a keen interest in the topic. Chandler MHM has a dedicated data protection practice which advises on the Personal Data Protection Act.
