On 27 August 2021, Chandler MHM held a Webinar on Pre-litigation Assessment. The presenters from Chandler MHM were Waree Shinsirikul, Rawi Meckvichai and Norrapat Werajong.
The presenters discussed how Pre-litigation Assessment and value proposition tools can be used to develop informed estimates of the ultimate cost of a lawsuit that is litigated rather than settled. They also explained the steps involved in pre-litigation assessment and what the typical options may be for dispute resolution, from a negotiated settlement to litigation.
