Tananan Thammakiat has been nominated as 1 of the top 15 lawyers in Asia under 40 by Asian Legal Business. 

This inaugural list highlights the achievements of 15 lawyers under 40 years of age across Asia who have consistently delivered high-quality work and set high standards in their respective legal space, while earning accolades from their colleagues, superiors and clients.

Tananan, a partner at Chandler MHM, heads the firm’s REITS and Capital Markets practice and co-head of Real Estate practice. Tananan commented “I am honored to have received this nomination and would like to thank my clients and team for their fantastic support over the past years”.

The REITs team has advised on some notable transactions over the past year including advising the lender on Thailand’s first REIT buy-back in July 2021 LINK and advising the first REIT IPO of 2020 LINK.
