On 8 April 2021, Clifford Chance and Chandler MHM held a joint Webinar on IBOR Transition – Latest Developments. The presenters from Chandler MHM were Joseph Tisuthiwongse and Tip-apa Limvichai and the presenters from Clifford Chance were Fergus Evans, Andrew Hutchins and Miles Binney.

The presenters provided an update on recent developments to the benchmark transition timeline and deadlines, an overview of the latest developments in Thailand and discussed what financial institutions and borrowers should be doing now and what they should be doing in the medium and long term going forwards.

The Webinar was well attended with over 100 attendees, showing a high level of interest in this topic.
