On 27 August 2020, Chandler MHM and Clifford Chance held a joint Webinar on restructuring and insolvency post COVID-19. The presenters from Clifford Chance included Shaun Langhorne and Fergus Evans. Chandler MHM presenters included Joseph Tisuthiwongse and Nathee Silacharoen. The presenters discussed how the “new normal” post COVID-19 is impacting on restructuring and insolvency situations and what the issues may be on the horizon. Different approaches to restructuring and insolvency around the region were also briefly outlined including COVID-19 measures. The Webinar was well attended showing a high level of interest in this topic.
