Wongsakrit Khajangson (Partner)
Wongsakrit is a Partner at CMHM. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Wongsakrit has extensive experience advising on major and high-profile corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, financial services,  and civil and commercial disputes. Wongsakrit also advises on regulatory compliance issues throughout all stages of such transactions.
Wongsakrit is a graduate of  Chulalongkorn University, Washington College of Law and University of Pennsylvania Law School. He formerly worked with Hunton Andrews Kurth (Thailand) Limited. 

Somporn Manodamrongtham (Counsel)
Somporn is a counsel at CMHM. Somporn has broad experience in the field of corporate and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of Thai corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, establishment of operations in Thailand, acquisition matters, due diligence and execution, foreign direct investment, obtaining investment promotions from the Thai Board of Investment and foreign business licenses and trademarks. She also advises on labour and employment matters and the relevant compliance issues for both Thai and foreign corporations. 
Somporn is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University and formerly worked with Allen & Overy (Thailand) Co., Ltd

Poonsook Pornpathananangoon (Senior Associate)
Poonsook is a Senior Associate at CMHM. She specializes in corporate and mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in the Thai market. She also advises on  REITs / Capital Markets.
Poonsook is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University and Northwestern University School of Law. She formerly worked with The Capital Law Office Limited.

Pitiporn Anantaset (Senior Associate)
Pitiporn is a Senior Associate at CMHM. She has considerable experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital markets and securities, banking and finance and foreign investment.
She is a graduate of Thammasat University and University of Wisconsin Law School. She formerly worked with Hunton Andrews Kurth (Thailand) Limited.

Tantigar Hutamai (Senior Associate)
Tantigar is a Senior Associate at CMHM. She specializes in corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She has substantial experience in shareholding restructurings and debt and capital structures, for both public listed companies and private companies.
Tantigar is a graduate of Thammasat University and Durham University. She formerly worked with Hunton Andrews Kurth (Thailand) Limited.

Nonthagorn Rojaunwong (Senior Associate)
Nonthagorn is a Senior Associate at CMHM. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, civil and commercial disputes, and corporate and general commercial matters. He advises leading companies in various areas such as commercial law, anti-trust law, legal execution, intellectual property, tort, white–collar crime, labor law and administrative law.
Nonthagorn is a graduate of Thammasat University and formerly worked with  Hunton Andrews Kurth (Thailand) Limited.

Poompat Udomsuvannakul (Associate)
Poompat is an associate at CMHM with a broad range of experience in corporate and mergers and acquisitions practices. He has earned degrees in both Japan and Thailand, having graduated from The University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Law and Politics (LL.M. and LL.D), in addition to being admitted in Thailand. 
He formerly worked with NHK WORLD-JAPAN.
